Depart from Marrakech at 8:30 AM in a modern air-conditioned 4WD/minibus. Travel over the Atlas Mountains and visit the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, followed by lunch. Continue to Ouarzazate, known as “The Gateway to the Desert,” with stops at filming locations for movies like “Game of Thrones.” Overnight stay in a traditional riad in Dades Valley with dinner.
After breakfast, head towards the Erg Chebbi desert, passing Berber villages and Tafilalet oasis. Arrive in Merzouga, where camel rides await to take you into the Sahara Desert. Enjoy a sunset ride and overnight camping with Berber music and dinner under the stars.
Experience a desert sunrise, then ride camels back or take a 4WD. Travel through Ziz Valley, Midelt, and the Middle Atlas, stopping in Ifrane and Azrou to see Barbary apes. Arrive in Fes in the late afternoon, filled with memories of your adventure.
