Depart from Marrakech in the morning. Travel over the Tizi n’Tichka pass to visit the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to Ouarzazate, famous for its film studios and kasbahs. Overnight stay in a local riad.

Visit the famous Taourirt Kasbah and continue to the Dades Valley. Admire the dramatic rock formations known as the “Monkey Fingers” and enjoy a relaxing evening in the valley.

Drive to Todra Gorges, an impressive series of towering cliffs. Continue to Erfoud, a town known for fossils and dates. Overnight stay in a traditional guesthouse.

Travel to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara. Ride camels into the Erg Chebbi dunes, one of the largest sand dunes in Morocco. Experience a breathtaking desert sunset, followed by a traditional Berber dinner and overnight stay in a desert camp under the stars.

After sunrise in the desert, head towards Zagora, crossing the Draa Valley and passing by small Berber villages. Visit local markets and enjoy a quiet evening in Zagora.

Travel back towards Ouarzazate, visiting the Kasbah of Tamnougalt and enjoying the scenery of the Draa Valley. Stay overnight in Ouarzazate.

Head back to Marrakech, stopping at the Atlas Mountains for some panoramic views. Arrive in Marrakech and relax at your riad.
